The reservation becomes valid upon receipt of the booking confirmation.

We will hold your reservation until the close of business on the first day of the reservation. After this period, the reservation loses its validity. If you are unable to use the reservation for any reason, we kindly ask you to cancel it in writing.
3.
The rental contract is concluded between the booking customer and Sport Danler in 6167 Neustift when the rental equipment is handed over to the renter by the rental company.
The rental price must be paid either at the beginning or at the end of the rental period.
4.
The rental price applies only to consecutive days.
5.
Even in cases of force majeure, in particular in the event of unfavourable weather conditions, the obligation to pay the rental fee remains in effect.
6.
In the event of injury or illness of the renter during the rental period, no rental fee will be charged from the date of issue of the medical certificate, provided that a medical certificate is presented and the rental equipment is returned immediately.
7.
Included in the rental price is the free option to change to another model within the same price category.
8.
Passing on the rental equipment to third parties is prohibited.
9.
When renting skis in Neustift in the Stubai Valley, a security deposit must be provided before the rental equipment is handed over. This may be a personal identification document, a credit card slip or cash. The deposit shall not be considered a possible purchase price for the equipment.
10.
The rental equipment is generally not insured against breakage or theft. In the event of damage, breakage or theft, the current value of the rental equipment must be paid.
By paying a protection fee of 10% of the rental price, the above-mentioned deductible in the event of breakage is waived.
In the case of intentional damage, the renter must pay the repair costs. If repair is not possible for this reason, the renter must reimburse the current value of the product.
In the event of theft, a police report is required. The deductible is: Exclusive category €550 / Premium category €350 / Top category €250.

Rentals made after 2:30 p.m. will only be charged from the following calendar day. If the rental equipment is returned before 10:00 a.m., the current calendar day will not be charged.

Ski boots are adjusted to the ski binding, and both rental items comply with the safety requirements of ISO standard 11088. However, a separate safety-related inspection and adjustment according to ISO/ÖNORM standards is not carried out when the rental equipment is handed over.
13.
No liability is accepted for accidents of any kind. In particular, the rental company is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the renter, especially in connection with the binding adjustment.
14.
Personal data provided during business processing will be processed and used exclusively for handling enquiries and online reservations, in compliance with the applicable national and European data protection regulations.
15.
Austrian law shall apply exclusively, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. The place of jurisdiction shall be the District Court of Innsbruck.
