Many ski boots don’t fit properly. They pinch, rub or slip – leading to pain and less control on the slopes.
Foot Analysis for the Perfect Fit
With our foot analysis and 3D measuring system, we capture the exact shape of your feet down to the millimeter. Afterwards, we customize your ski boots individually.
This way, every boot fits like a glove. You enjoy greater comfort, secure support and more fun on the slopes.

The analysis reveals the right ski boot model for you. We select it together – ensuring the boot fits your foot and your skiing style perfectly.
The custom-made insole is the foundation for perfect support. It corrects foot misalignments, prevents pressure points, and improves power transmission.
Even high-quality ski boots can cause pressure points. With our pressure-point sensor, we detect these problem areas down to the millimeter. This allows us to make precise adjustments before any discomfort arises while skiing.
Sometimes heating or stretching is not enough. In this case, we precisely grind the ski boot shell to create extra space at the ankle, midfoot, or toes. Stability is fully preserved, while the result is maximum comfort and complete control on the slopes.

Sometimes standard methods are not enough. In these cases, we use shell adjustment with a last. For this, we create an exact model of your foot and place it inside the heated ski boot shell. This way, we adapt the shape down to the millimeter and permanently eliminate pressure points. The result: maximum comfort with consistent stability.
In the calf area, pressure or lack of space in the cuff is a common issue. In this case, we use special calf adjusters to create targeted extra room and relieve pressure on your calves. This ensures a comfortable fit without losing support or control.
For severe pressure points, grinding is often not enough. In this case, we carefully heat the ski boot shell and then stretch it precisely at the affected areas. This creates extra space at the ankle, midfoot, or for hallux valgus. The result: pain-free skiing without compromise.
For the perfect fit, we also customize the liner individually. This can include custom foam molding, special tongue adjustments, or Thermoflex liners. As a result, your foot is optimally supported and stays warm. The outcome: more comfort, better control, and the perfect skiing experience.

For the final touch, we make fine adjustments to the liner. Often, we add extra soft padding in the instep area or create precise heel fixation. This prevents pressure points and ensures stable support, keeping your foot perfectly supported even on long ski days.
We check the alignment of your legs using state-of-the-art laser technology. Any deviations are detected immediately.
We then correct them with special insoles or by adjusting the boot cuff. This improves power transmission, optimizes ski control, and relieves your knees.
For a more athletic skiing style, we can mount special lift plates under your ski boots if required. This changes the stand height, resulting in greater edge angle and more precise edge control. Lifters are ideal for ambitious skiers – helping you get the maximum performance out of your equipment.
After all adjustments comes the most important moment: the first test run on the slope. This shows how well the custom ski boots really fit. If there is still any pressure, we make further optimizations – until you are completely satisfied.
